When should I add sauce?

I put the recipe as it was advised to do so, but I have not made my double burger because I have a hard time to eat a single! So a recipe for those who have a big mouth!

Whichever way you prepare the burgers .... The secret is in the sauce and it is excellent!

The name of the sauce is in reference to Big Nick's Restaurant,

  • 1 and 2 / 3 lb (750 g) extra lean ground beef
  • Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 8 slices of processed cheese
  • 4 large hamburger buns
  • Gherkins with garlic and dill sliced
  • Salad
  • Sauce Big Nick
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons white onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pickle garlic and finely chopped dill
  • 2 teaspoons tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 / 4 teaspoon salt

Shape 8 patties rather broad and thin with ground beef.

Place on two large plates well oiled, then season each side of the patties with salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat two large nonstick pans over medium heat.

Once they are hot, add half respectively cakes and cook 4-5 minutes per side or until flesh in the center, is no longer pink

Two minutes before the end of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheese

Remove patties from skillet, then add two in each hamburger bun.

Top each burger with a few slices of cucumbers, lettuce and sauce "Big Nick" to taste.

Place all ingredients in a small bowl, then whisk well

Cover and refrigerate several hours before use to allow the flavors to develop.

This sauce goes well with burgers and sandwiches.

How to do I BBQ the best burger?

Who would not attack from time to time the desire to eat a hamburger? Without doubt, we all passed. For those moments of craving or when the kids at home we require that they can cook something delicious you should consider this recipe. In ElGranChef teach you how to make an American hamburger. Ingredients:

(4 servings)

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese, halved diagonally
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese, halved diagonally
